Certus Recruitment is partnering with an innovative healthcare AI organization seeking a Solutions Specialist to support growth across its AI-driven Referral Management platform.
 
This is a highly strategic customer-facing role sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Healthcare Operations. The successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert for referral management workflows, supporting complex customer engagements while helping shape the future direction of the product itself.
 
The position is ideal for someone who combines strong healthcare operational knowledge with commercial awareness and the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical outcomes for healthcare providers and administrators.
 
This is not a traditional pre-sales role focused purely on demos. The business is looking for someone who can operate as the bridge between what the product team builds and what the market actually buys.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the go-to specialist for the AI Referral Management solution during active sales cycles
  • Leading discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations for referral coordinators, healthcare administrators, operational leaders, and IT stakeholders
  • Supporting technical evaluations, RFP responses, and customer solution design discussions
  • Developing deep expertise around referral coordination, authorization workflows, specialist routing, and AI-driven document processing
  • Working closely with Product Management to provide structured market and customer feedback that influences roadmap direction
  • Creating referral-management-specific enablement materials including battlecards, training content, FAQs, and product documentation
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to support customer adoption and growth opportunities
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • 4+ years of experience within Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or healthcare-focused SaaS sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare referral workflows, scheduling, intake, and operational processes
  • Experience working with EHR platforms such as Epic, Athena, NextGen, Nextech, or similar systems
  • The ability to confidently explain complex AI and technical workflows to non-technical healthcare audiences
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously
  • A collaborative mindset combined with strong commercial instincts and product curiosity
