Our client is a highly regarded Texas litigation boutique with a reputation built on exceptional advocacy and a genuine passion for the courtroom. With more than 25 years of success, they are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to take ownership of a busy insurance defence caseload while working alongside some of the state's most respected trial lawyers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a trial-focused environment, and wants to play a key role in complex litigation.

The Role
You'll manage your own docket of insurance defence matters, acting as the day-to-day attorney from strategy through to trial.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of auto, trucking and premises liability matters
• Leading depositions, court appearances and hearings
• Developing case strategy and advising clients
• Drafting motions, briefs and other legal documentation
• Preparing for and participating in trials
• Working closely with partners while enjoying significant autonomy

About You
To be considered, you'll have:

• 8+ years' insurance defence litigation experience
• Experience managing a full caseload independently
• Strong courtroom and trial experience
• Excellent legal drafting and advocacy skills
• Admission to practice law in Texas

Experience gained within a litigation boutique or mid-sized defence firm would be advantageous.
