Division Manager – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure
Location: Northern Colorado
Salary: $170,000–$200,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Experience: 15+ Years

The Opportunity We are working with an established, multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure consultancy seeking an experienced Division Manager to lead and grow its civil engineering and municipal infrastructure business in Northern Colorado.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a PE-licensed civil engineer who combines strong technical and project management experience with commercial leadership and business development capability.
You will have responsibility for the performance, people, clients and growth of the division, working across major infrastructure projects spanning water and wastewater, utilities, transportation, municipal facilities and construction management.

You will:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, construction managers, technicians and inspectors
- Oversee complex civil engineering and municipal infrastructure programs
- Take ownership of project delivery, budgets, resources and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, public agencies and private clients
- Identify and win new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Develop proposals, budgets and commercial strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
- Mentor and develop high-performing technical teams
- Provide senior oversight across engineering, construction management and project delivery
- Support the strategic direction and continued growth of the division
- 15+ years' experience in civil engineering and construction
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- An active Colorado PE licence
- Strong experience across municipal infrastructure, public works, water/wastewater or utilities
- Proven program and project management experience
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets and contracts
- A track record of business development and client relationship management
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with construction management, contract administration and risk management
