About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a passion for cloud solutions and a proven track record of leading small teams.
  
You’ll be responsible for shaping and building innovative software solutions, primarily cloud-based, that deliver real value for customers.
  
This role will suit someone who enjoys diving into complex technical challenges while also stepping back to define solutions, provide technical direction, and guide others.
  
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Hands-on development of new and existing cloud-based and SaaS solutions.
✅ Collaborate with local and offshore developers — defining tasks, reviewing code, and providing feedback.
✅ Assess implementation options for fit-for-purpose and cost-effectiveness.
✅ Contribute to solution design and technical direction.
✅ Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years’ experience in full-stack software development.
✅ Strong .NET stack experience: C#, MVC, Web APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework.
✅ Solid cloud experience — Azure or AWS.
✅ Proven ability to lead and mentor within small development teams.
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
Nice to Have:
⭐ Vue.js / Bootstrap
⭐ .NET Core 6+
⭐ Azure AI services
⭐ Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, etc.)
⭐ OCR technologies or Machine Learning exposure
