What You'll Do
- Own the candidate side of multiple live roles simultaneously, working at pace and with real urgency to find and secure the best talent in the market
- Source, engage, and qualify exceptional candidates across the SaaS, AI, and technology landscape in Australia and across APAC
- Manage candidates thoroughly and caringly through every stage of the recruitment process — keeping them informed, prepared, and engaged from first conversation to offer accepted and throughout their probationary period
- Deliver consistently against live briefs, ensuring the consultants you support always have a strong, well-qualified shortlist to work with
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent so the team is never starting from scratch
- Engage directly with clients where needed — comfortable representing Certus and managing expectations professionally
- Take genuine pride in the candidate experience, understanding that how people are treated reflects directly on the Certus brand

- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a resourcing or talent delivery role within a recruitment agency
- A genuine passion for the candidate side of recruitment — this should be your thing, not your compromise
- Experience managing candidates through full recruitment processes, including offer and post-offer stages
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients when required
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously
- A warm, professional communicator who understands that candidate experience matters
- Outcome-focused and commercially aware — you understand how your work drives revenue and you care about delivering
