This position sits at the heart of the sales cycle, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to design, articulate, and demonstrate technical solutions. It’s a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical depth with commercial impact.

The Role You’ll be responsible for supporting the sales process end-to-end, ensuring customers and partners fully understand the value of the solution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support during the sales cycle, including solution design and demonstrations
- Developing clear, well-structured technical presales documentation
- Working proactively with partners to identify and support new business opportunities
- Collaborating with integrators and technology partners during project sales
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, regional PreSales, and global teams
- Delivering technical training, webinars, and presentations to customers and partners
- Representing the business at industry events, trade shows, and community forums
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
- Strong knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies, and related applications
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable building long-term customer and partner relationships
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in customer outcomes
- Newly created role with scope to shape the PreSales function locally
