Solutions Consultant / Account Executive

$90k–$120k Base + $250k–$300k OTE


Certus Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing global technology business seeking a Solutions Consultant to support enterprise growth across complex customer environments.


This is a high-impact, commercially focused role suited to someone who combines strong consultative sales capability with technical curiosity, commercial intelligence, and the ability to navigate sophisticated enterprise organizations.


The successful candidate will work closely with existing customers to uncover growth opportunities, build strategic stakeholder relationships, and drive revenue expansion through a highly solution-oriented sales approach.


This is not a transactional sales environment. The business is looking for someone capable of operating strategically within matrixed organizations, influencing senior stakeholders, and helping customers solve meaningful operational and financial challenges through technology.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and expanding strategic relationships within enterprise customer accounts
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and revenue expansion across complex organizations
  • Delivering compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions
  • Managing account follow-up activity and progressing opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Negotiating pricing structures and commercial agreements
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders across sales, legal, and operations to support deal execution
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline
  • Staying current on industry trends, customer challenges, and market developments
  • Traveling as needed to support customer engagements and relationship development
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Experience within enterprise SaaS, fintech, payments, procurement, or complex technology sales environments
  • Strong consultative and strategic sales capability
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex business workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to navigate matrixed enterprise environments and multiple stakeholder groups
  • A naturally curious, problem-solving mindset with strong commercial instincts
