Customer Relationship Manager
$100–110k + Super + Commission

A leading organisation is looking to hire a Customer Relationship Manager to join its Regulatory Compliance sales team. This is a high-energy, results-driven environment where performance is recognised, wins are celebrated, and success is visible.

The Role

 
Joining a high-performing Regulatory Compliance team, the Customer Relationship Manager will take ownership of an established portfolio, focusing on retention, renewals, and account growth.

This is a relationship-led position with a strong commercial edge. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Specialists and internal stakeholders to understand client needs, identify gaps, and deliver tailored solutions.


While not a pure new business role, there is a clear expectation to identify and convert upsell opportunities across the customer base.
The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, with hybrid working (typically one day per week in the office).


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 90+ Regulatory Compliance customers
  • Drive customer retention, renewals, and satisfaction
  • Identify and convert upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Deliver regular client engagement and solution demonstrations
  • Partner with Product, Content, and Marketing teams to uncover growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline to meet renewal and upsell targets
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts
Requirements
  • Experience within Risk & Compliance, SaaS, Legal, or Professional Services
  • 3–5 years in Relationship Management or Customer Success with a sales component
  • Proven background in solution or subscription sales
  • Strong ability to balance account management with revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
  • Strong understanding of the risk and compliance landscape
  • Target-driven, collaborative, and solutions-focused
