The Role

 
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own a significant product area from strategy through execution, working closely with customers, engineers, designers, and commercial teams to deliver products that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a highly visible role requiring deep customer engagement, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core business area
• Conducting customer discovery with fleet managers, drivers, and operational stakeholders
• Leading product development from concept through launch and optimisation
• Partnering with Engineering, Design, Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Support teams
• Using customer insights, market intelligence, and data to prioritise product investments
• Leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, stakeholder alignment, and execution
• Defining success metrics and measuring product impact through data-driven decision making
• Delivering intuitive experiences across web and mobile environments for users with varying levels of technical expertise

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
• Proven ownership of the full product lifecycle, from vision and strategy through to launch and adoption
• Strong customer discovery and user research experience
• A track record of delivering complex products through cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to drive product decisions
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology businesses

Experience within transportation, logistics, trucking, fleet management, payments, fuel cards, or related sectors would be highly advantageous.
